The Kara Christening Gown is an elegant, individually handmade outfit perfect for your baby's special day. Crafted from premium silk dupion and delicate cotton lace, it features a practical open-back skirt design that ensures the fabric drapes beautifully over your arm as you carry your little one.

Care Instructions

Care

  • To keep your garment looking it's best for many years we highly recommend dry-cleaning all of our items as soon as possible after wear.
  • We don't recommend using water to clean any of our silk items as it will affect the colour and texture of the material, as well as cause the material to lose its natural sheen
  • If you choose to hand wash your cotton items, use a very mild detergent and rinse items well. Keep in mind that water, heat and detergents can affect the shape, texture and colour of the items and materials. Hang garments to dry, but avoid direct sunlight as this can discolour the materials
