Order Processing & Handling Times

Our daily order cut-off time is 12pm GMT.

• Ready-to-Dispatch Items: Processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days (Monday - Friday).

• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 7 to 14 working days for production and processing before your item is shipped.

Delivery Services & Transit Times

All packages are sent via Royal Mail. Please note that shipping times are calculated from the day the item is shipped, not the day the order is placed.

United Kingdom

• Rate: Free on all UK orders

• Estimated Transit Time: 1 to 2 working days (via Royal Mail Tracked 24)

European Union

• Orders under £80.00: £9.00 (International Tracked)

• Orders £80.00 and over: £12.00 (International Tracked)

• Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 5 working days

Rest of World

• Orders under £80.00: £12.00 (International Tracked)

• Orders £80.00 and over: £16.00 (International Tracked)

• Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 8 working days

We ship globally using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Because we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible, all applicable customs, import duties, and local taxes are already included in the product prices you see on our website.

The price you see is the final price. Your package will be delivered straight to your door, and you will not receive any surprise bills or additional customs fees on delivery.

Please note: While prepaying your duties ensures the fastest possible clearance, international packages can occasionally be held up in customs inspections. Unfortunately, these delays are entirely out of our control and we cannot intervene to speed up the process. We sincerely apologise for any frustration this may cause and appreciate your patience if your order is delayed by your local customs office.
