Refunds & Exchanges
Help us reduce waste by minimising returns. We make our garments to order, meaning each item is individually cut and sewn specifically for you. Please take a careful look at the size guides on each product description before placing your order. Feel free to contact us if you're unsure about sizing and we'll be more than happy to advise.
If you do need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy guidelines below:
Return Window: You can return or exchange your items within 14 business days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Personalised items, gift boxes, and any items that have been modified or altered in any way are custom-made and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Please take care when trying garments on, as any damages that occur during the try-on process are the responsibility of the buyer. Items received in an unsellable condition cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
Characteristics of Fabric: Characteristics inherent to silk or slight variations in embroidery are a natural part of the process, not flaws. Because our embroidery patterns are all-over designs, the placement varies depending on how the fabric is cut, making every single piece unique.
How to Start a Return
1. Please contact us at support@milaandmoss.com to notify us of your return or exchange request.
2. Please use the original packaging to return your garments.
3. Return the package using a trackable postal service. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you can expect a full refund within 14 days. The value of the returned item(s) will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. There are no restocking fees.
