2. Products, Sizing, and Colors

• Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.
• Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our christening and special occasion wear. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
• Sizing: Sizing guides are provided for informational purposes. Because special occasion wear often has unique fits, please refer carefully to our sizing charts before ordering.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice at any time.
• Payment Methods: We accept Supported Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, and UnionPay.
• Accelerated Checkout: Enables Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay for one-click mobile checkouts.
• By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
• Order Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Event Timelines

• Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. The current lead time is displayed on the banner at the top of the website.
• Event Deadlines: Because our items are frequently purchased for specific dates (e.g., christenings, weddings, baptismals), we strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event. Mila & Moss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party postal carriers or customs clearances.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy regarding returns and exchanges lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear, stains (including baby formula or makeup), or odors will not be accepted.
• Custom/Personalised Items: Customised or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, product designs, photography, and graphics are and will remain the exclusive property of Mila & Moss and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mila & Moss, our directors, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or our products.
