A simple, timeless design, the Echo christening gown is made from 100% silk dupion. Your choice of ivory, white, blue or pink sash finishes the waistline and adds detail to the front. The removable sash can be tied in a bow at the back. Long Sleeves.

Your gown is individually handmade just for you from premium silk, detailed with our signature silk-covered buttons and handmade loop fastenings. Fully lined.

The back skirts of all our Christening gowns are left open to make handling your baby so much easier. This stops the skirt from bunching up and lets it drape beautifully over your arm as you carry your baby.

As a natural fibre there will be certain irregularities or variations in shade or weave, which are characteristics of the silk.

Check our banner at the top of the page for current lead times. Lead times are for gowns, rompers and dresses. Individual accessories are usually made within a few days. Please ask if you need it sooner and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Care Instructions

Care

  • To keep your garment looking it's best for many years we highly recommend dry-cleaning all of our items as soon as possible after wear.
  • We don't recommend using water to clean any of our silk items as it will affect the colour and texture of the material, as well as cause the material to lose its natural sheen
  • If you choose to hand wash your cotton items, use a very mild detergent and rinse items well. Keep in mind that water, heat and detergents can affect the shape, texture and colour of the items and materials. Hang garments to dry, but avoid direct sunlight as this can discolour the materials
