Shipping Information
- Made-to-Order Items: Please check the notification bar at the top of our website for current lead times. If you need your order urgently, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Ready-to-Dispatch Items: These orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery Service: All packages are sent via Royal Mail (First Class or Tracked 24). Please note that Mila & Moss cannot be held responsible for postal delays outside of our control.
Delivery Rates
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - under £50 - £4.99 (free on all orders over £50)
- European Union: International Tracked (Calculated at checkout)
- Rest of World: International Tracked (Calculated at checkout)
International Shipping Notes: You may choose to upgrade to express shipping on international orders at checkout. Please note that express shipping times are calculated from the day the item is shipped, not the day the order is placed.
All EU and international deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes or customs fees required to be paid by the customer. Mila & Moss are not liable for any additional customs charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Help us reduce waste by minimising returns.
We make all our garments to order, so each item is individually cut and sewn specifically for you. Please take a careful look at the size guides on each product description before placing your order. Feel free to contact us if you're unsure about sizing and we'll be more than happy to advise.
If you do need to make a return or exchange, please review our guidelines below:
Timeframe: You can return or exchange your items within 14 business days from the day your order ships.
Exclusions: Please note that personalised items and gift boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any items that have been modified or altered in any way are also considered personalised and cannot be returned.
Condition of Items: We are unable to accept items back that arrive in a worn, washed, or damaged condition. Please take care when trying garments on, as any damages that occur during the try-on process or in transit back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. Items received in an unsellable condition will be returned back to you.
The Beauty of Unique Items: Characteristics inherent to silk or slight variations in embroidery are a natural part of the process, not flaws. Because our embroidery patterns are all-over designs, the placement varies depending on how the fabric is cut, making every single piece unique.

Packaging & Transit: Please use the original packaging to return your garments, and ensure you use a trackable postal service. We cannot take responsibility for any lost parcels.
Refund Process: You can expect a full refund within 14 days of our receipt of a valid return. The value of the item(s) returned will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
